I have never met anyone who didn’t have dreams of a better future, stronger marriage or better life.
We all have dreams whether they are spoken or unspoken. I love what God says in Ephesians 3:20 – “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”
I don’t know about you but I can ask, dream and think about a lot.
I have also noticed that people may dream but yet do nothing to make those dreams a reality. Inaction and passivity are two quick ways to shut your dream down.
Life is short. Our dreams are big and the clock is ticking. If you’re not careful, you wake up one day and that dream, that opportunity will be gone.
When you die, you won’t regret your unfulfilled dreams but you will regret your un-attempted ones!
There are so many things that come between us and our dreams. Don’t let anything distract, derail or discourage you from chasing the dreams God gave you.
We know that dreams don’t just happen. We know there is a price to pay…the question is as always, are we willing to pay the price? Colin Powell said, “a dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.”
I have some pretty big dreams and I know there is no way I can achieve them by being who I am right now. It’s going to take growth and confidence and a willingness to do whatever it takes to accomplish the God sized dreams that are in my head.
I want to encourage you to start dreaming and to make your dreams reality.
